HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH ITS & STANDARD TIMELINES

This is a walk-through for how to get started with us!

1.  Make contact with ITS via phone call to our office at 843-681-4133, scheduling an appt, or emailing rep directly

3.Whether you fill out the form, call us directly, or email us directly for information/quotes, etc, please allow 24-48 hours for rep to present your information (TIMELINE: ABOUT 48 HOURS)

4. Decide upon your garment choices either by visiting showroom (THIS IS THE BEST WAY!) or by browsing our Apparel Guides or Digital Catalogs

5. Decide upon your graphic. You may have your graphic ready (THIS IS THE FASTEST ROUTE - ALLOW ONE DAY FOR PROOF) or you may need us to modify your design or create your design. (TIMELINE: ABOUT 48-72 HOURS FOR MODIFICATIONS AND UP TO 7 DAYS FOR BRAND NEW DESIGN CREATION).

- If an item or size is unavailable in the showroom, a sample can be ordered. Two samples can be ordered free of charge per customer order. Additional samples will be charged. Please note - samples will be shipped in and will delay to selection process according to receipt of sample. We kindly ask that free samples be returned to our showroom after selection process. 6. Once garments and graphics are chosen, you will present to ITS the sizes and quantities of your chosen item/s. You can use this handy form to organize your order or you can use our online order form, OR you may simply call or email rep. IMPORTANT - TO QUALIFY FOR BULK/WHOLESALE PRICING YOU MUST MEET CERTAIN MINIMUMS. WHEN REFERRING TO MINIMUMS WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE DESIGN WE PRINT NOT WHAT THEY ARE PRINTED ON. YOU CAN MIX AND MATCH APPAREL CHOICES (EX; TSHIRTS, HOODIES, TANKS CAN ALL BE PRINTED AT THE SAME TIME AS LONG AS WE ARE PRINTING THE EXACT SAME DESIGN ON EACH ITEM). The minimums are as follows:

SCREENPRINT - 48 PIECES (No under minimum or exceptions)

EMBROIDERY - 24 PIECES

** If you will not meet minimum you be charged retail pricing and order will be done via heat transfer not screenprint.

7. Upon receiving your sizes and quantities, your rep will create an order summary and final proof for your approval. (TIMELINE: 24-48 business HOURS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER SUMMARY AND PROOF FOR FINAL APPROVAL)

8. Production starts the day you give your approval!! UNLESS YOU ARE ON PRE-APPROVED CREDIT TERMS, a 50% deposit will be collected upon order approval.

Our turn-around time is normally 15 WORKING DAYS (21 DAYS) but it's peak season and we are currently at 6 weeks! Your order summary will show an expected completion date based on this model. (TIMELINE - 15 to 35 WORKING DAYS)

9. Our items are screen-printed/embroidered in-house at our local production facility. ALLOW TEN DAYS from order date before checking order status for the most accurate update of status or completion.

10. When your order is complete, you will receive an invoice and an email from our fulfillment department.

11. Unless you are on payment terms, remainder of payment will be collected at time of pick up or delivery. You may pay by credit card (3% charge added) or by check.
